1. Service-Based Projects (Websites, Logos, Flyers, Video Ads)

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel a project within 24 hours of your initial payment to receive a full refund, provided work has not yet started.

  • If the project has already begun, a partial refund may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.

💸 Refund Policy:

  • No refunds are provided for completed projects or services that have been delivered and approved by the client.

  • If you’re not satisfied with the final result, we offer revisions based on your package terms to ensure you get the outcome you’re expecting.


2. Monthly Services (e.g. Social Media Management)

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your monthly service at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

💳 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered in a given month.

  • If you cancel after services for the current billing cycle have begun, you will retain access until the end of the cycle.


3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, server issues, or client delays in providing content or feedback.
